Village of Wind Point Appoints Aaron Kramer, MPA, to Serve as Village Administrator

Wind Point, Wis. (July 10, 2026): The Village of Wind Point is pleased to announce the appointment of Aaron Kramer as its next Village Administrator. Selected following a competitive executive recruitment process, Kramer will serve as the Village's chief administrative officer, overseeing daily operations, implementing Village Board policies, and ensuring the efficient delivery of municipal services.

Kramer brings more than a decade of local government experience and currently serves as Assistant Village Administrator for the Village of Butler. His background also includes economic development with the City of Racine and planning and zoning leadership with the Village of Pleasant Prairie. He holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Marquette University. Kramer also serves as a Major in the United States Army Reserve, where he is currently assigned to the 330th Medical Brigade at Fort Sheridan, Illinois.
