City of Oshkosh Hires Darla Salinas as City Clerk

Congratulations to the City of Oshkosh on hiring Darla Salinas, CMC, WCMC, as City Clerk! Salinas is an experienced Certified Municipal Clerk, certified paralegal, Notary Public, District IV Co-Director of the Wisconsin Municipal Clerks Assocation, and a member of the International Institute of Municipal Clerks.
