Village of Sister Bay Appoints Benjamin Andrews as Village Administrator

SISTER BAY, WI (November 24, 2025): The Village of Sister Bay is pleased to announce the appointment of Benjamin “Ben” Andrews as its next Village Administrator, following a highly-competitive recruitment process. Andrews will begin his duties on Monday, January 5, 2026.

“Ben is an up-and-coming leader with the right combination of experience, collaborative style, and passion for public service,” Village President Nate Bell said. “His track record of modernizing operations, grant writing, and building strong community relationships makes him an ideal fit for Sister Bay. We look forward to the energy and professionalism he will bring to our Village.”

Andrews brings experience in municipal operations, community development, budgeting, grant administration, human resources, and intergovernmental coordination, including work with MSA Professional Services and the Village of Bellevue. His background includes leading multimillion-dollar grant efforts, supporting capital improvement planning, administering complex federal and state funding programs, and advising local governments on strategic planning and service delivery.

Andrews shared his enthusiasm for joining the Sister Bay community. “I’m honored and excited to serve the Village of Sister Bay,” Andrews said. “This is a vibrant community, and I look forward to building strong relationships with the Board, staff, businesses, and residents. I’m eager to bring my commitment to service, communication, and organizational development to this role and help support Sister Bay’s continued growth and success.”
