Village of Sussex Hires Justin Newlin as Building Inspector

Congratulations to the Village of Sussex on the hiring of Justin Newlin as Building Inspector! Justin officially joined the Village’s Community Development team today, where he will oversee plan review, permitting, inspections, and code enforcement to help ensure safe, high-quality development throughout the community.

A U.S. Navy veteran, Justin brings more than six years of progressively responsible experience, along with a strong background in inspection, construction management, project coordination, and safety compliance. His expertise includes blueprint review, permit generation, and contractor coordination—skills that will serve the Village well as it continues to grow and invest in its future.
